Helping you open windows of opportunity worldwide

Recruitment, Migration and Workforce Solutions Under One Organisation
My Australian Career was built around one simple idea:
The businesses that hire people and the people looking for opportunity should have a trusted partner that understands both sides of the journey.
Unlike traditional migration agencies, we combine migration expertise with recruitment capability and employer relationships to create genuine pathways for skilled workers and Australian businesses.
Our team works with employers across Australia to identify workforce needs, connect them with global talent and support successful long-term outcomes
For employers, our purpose is to provide a trusted workforce partner that understands both what makes a candidate right for a role and what is required to bring that person into the business legally, reliably and compliantly.
For skilled professionals, our purpose is to make the pathway towards an Australian career clearer and more realistic. By combining recruitment and migration expertise, we can assess not only whether a person is suitable for a role, but whether the opportunity may also support a genuine employer-sponsored pathway.
This integrated approach allows both employers and candidates to make informed decisions from the beginning.
Recruitment is at the foundation of MYAC.
We recruit both domestically and internationally, drawing from an extensive pool of pre-screened candidates across trades, hospitality, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing and other skilled occupations.
Our approach goes beyond matching keywords on a résumé. We assess qualifications, experience, practical capability, communication skills and suitability for the employer’s specific workplace and operating environment.
Where appropriate, our process may also include technical interviews, practical assessments, reference checks and face-to-face or international recruitment campaigns.
For roles involving employer sponsorship, we also consider the candidate’s potential migration pathway early in the process. This helps employers avoid progressing candidates who may be suitable for the role but unable to meet the relevant sponsorship requirements.
Australian migration law is complex and continues to evolve.
Visa criteria, occupation requirements, salary thresholds, sponsorship obligations, policy changes and compliance standards can all affect whether a proposed pathway is viable.
Our in-house OMARA-registered migration professionals provide advice and assistance across a broad range of Australian visa and migration matters, including employer-sponsored visas, skilled migration, partner and family visas, student visas, training visas, visitor visas and other temporary and permanent pathways.
Working closely with our recruitment team, our migration professionals can also assess whether an employment opportunity aligns with a realistic sponsorship or migration pathway before significant time and resources are invested.
This allows MYAC to support employers, skilled professionals, families and individuals with clear advice, careful eligibility assessment and professional management of the relevant application process.
